Church & Dwight - Advertising Agency Services
A small packaged goods firm hired us to source and provide 'low-cost' advertising
services and save money. We put a consortium together of free-lance creative
resources and served as the company's 'account service' counsel for 18 months.
Elections Canada - Agency Search
We were hired by this organization to provide third party, objective counsel to
arrive at a new advertising agency consortium that could service this Federal
agency with multi-lingual and aboriginal communications in public relations,
advertising as well as media buying. We developed the tendering and search
process and assisted the selection committee in arriving at a final decision.
Institute of Canadian Advertising (ICA) - Industry Expertise
We have worked for this industry association on a number of projects including:
a) development of a charter of 'rights and responsibilities' for member
agencies - at least partially driven by advertiser perceptions and
expectations - we designed and administered structured interviews to report
advertiser input;
b) the creation of a 'white paper' reviewing international Agency remuneration
practice; and
c) the creation of a 'white paper' reviewing international Agency search practice.
The latter papers also serve as 'how-to-manuals' for the industry and
serve as a basis for our practice in individual search and Agency relationship
assignments.
Rogers Wireless - Strategic Planning Task Force
We worked as a member of a 'brains trust' formed by the Rogers Wireless division
to examine strategic alternatives in business and positioning to increase market
penetration and profitability over a 3-5 year time horizon. The working
group also included advertising agency and other consulting resources.
